Kaba of the two-part type: kaba and dance. The first part “kaba” is presented as a kaba of a lamenting nature and quiet referring to the musical development. It is mainly played in the lower violin register respectively on the sol and re-string, accompanied by typical cadences in the minor ascending septum. The culmination comes moderatedly on the la-string, similar to a cry coming from the soul. After it, the second part “dance”, in meter 7/8 comes naturally . Apparently, the name “Leskovik” of this kaba is derived from the thematic material of the second part, ie dance, as the first part (kaba) clearly carries thematic musical elements related to a wider area than Leskovik and Përmeti, such as those in Labëri.
